The meeting of the community of top executives from companies across different regions of Ukraine took place on the premises of a Volyn-based enterprise.

On February 21st, our company warmly welcomed business owners from Rivne, Zhytomyr, and Volyn regions. We candidly shared our achievements, plans, and discussed the current business environment, support strategies during wartime conditions, and digitalization of business processes. Of course, we also addressed the main challenges, notably the significant shortage of skilled workforce and product exports. The conversation evolved into a pleasant and friendly dialogue because although businesses differ, the challenges we all face are shared.

The shared values, goals, ideas, and vision enable us to explore TOGETHER, learn TOGETHER, unite, come together as a community, create, and act TOGETHER. The opportunity to change ourselves, develop businesses, support the economy, and preserve the country.
