A Volyn resident set a new Ukrainian record with 285 pull-ups using both arms on a bar in one hour.
For the company VILIA, this story began with a single phone call. One day in May, a boy called and said he was ready to set a Ukrainian record to qualify for a Guinness World Record attempt. According to the rules of the National Record Registry of Ukraine, an official "Partner of the Ukrainian Record" is required to support the record holder.
Of course, the response was affirmative because they knew about Oleksandr's active lifestyle. Despite moving in a wheelchair, he participates in marathons, swims, and is a member of the reserve team of the Ukrainian Paralympic biathlon and skiing team. Moreover, this proposal resonated mentally with one of VILIA's corporate culture principles: "If you can't do the best with what you can, you waste your talent."
