April 8, 2025, was a special day — we had the chance to exchange insights and experience with the inspiring members of “CREATE YOURSELF” leadership school.

t was truly inspiring to watch the participants — students of Lutsk Gymnasium No. 3 and first-year university students — engaging in a new field with open hearts and inquisitive minds.

We talked about our company values and strategic direction, and also shared a story from our early days — when our very first "office" was a simple barrel used by long-haul truck drivers.

Perhaps that story will inspire someone not to fear a tough start, but to embrace it with courage and determination.

Our Head of IT, Yevhen Velychko, opened the fascinating world of Pi, and demonstrated how artificial intelligence can be applied in working with accounting documents.

We also discussed important topics such as fake news, fact-checking, confidentiality, and informational balance — using tools like the StayFree app.

Our Head of Precision Agriculture, Artem Suprunyuk, demonstrated how modern technologies, drones, and analytics are transforming agriculture in Ukraine.

Technologists Dmitro Storozhuk and Petro Kushnir led the visitors into the world of transforming grain into white gold. They demonstrated various types of flour and taught the audience how to distinguish them.

At the end of the tour, everyone had the opportunity to test their knowledge of the flour milling industry by taking a quiz. The winners received branded products as prizes.
